101 Uses for Coconut Oil

One of the things in my kitchen and bathroom that I cannot do without, is coconut oil!  Not only is it incredibly healthy internally and topically, it is very easy to use all by itself without having to resort to making elaborate recipes or time consuming mixtures.

hint:  old school movie theaters used coconut oil to pop their pop corn!  if you want the best tasting popcorn EVER, pop it on the stove top using coconut oil!!!  Trust me, you'll never go back to any other way of having popcorn!!
